The SkillHunter integration allows Lever users to automate candidate resume evaluations on their Lever account. Evaluations are automatically added to the Lever opportunity as a feedback form. Skillhunter helps useres significantly streamline their workflows by delivering an efficient and tailored analysis that simplifies candidate screening and prioritization. Setting up the SkillHunter integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in SkillHunter to install this integration. |
- Navigate to the SkillHunter portal and click Login
- Log in to SkillHunter using your credentials.
- If you do not have credentials, you must register your company.
- After logging into the platform, click the Configurations option located on the left menu.
- Click Integrations
- On the Integrations page, find the Lever integration and click View Details
- Click Connect
- On the modal, log in to your Lever admin account.
- On the next prompt, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- Once you accept the terms, you will be redirected to the SkillHunter Integration Page, where your integration will be ready to use!
Configuring the SkillHunter integration
Enable Webhook in Lever
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Enable the 'Application Created' webhook if it has not already been enabled .
Using the SkillHunter integration
The integration will automatically evaluate new applicants according to your company's evaluation criteria. The results will automatically appear on the Lever opportunity as a new feedback form with a detailed analysis that highlights strengths, areas for improvement, and a compatibility percentage.
Integration Troubleshooting
Please review the following steps to troubleshoot common integration issues:
- Verify that the webhook has been created correctly.
- Ensure the feedback form is properly configured.
- Monitor the status of webhook calls for any errors.
Disabling the SkillHunter integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the SkillHunter app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
