Enabling and using the [rtw] Remote Tech Work integration

The Remote Tech Work integration allows Lever users to sync their job listings in Lever to Remote Tech Work. Applicants or sourced candidates are synced to Lever as a new opportunity. For more information refer to the [rtw] Remote Tech Work] website


Setting up the [rtw] Remote Tech Work integration

 

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in [rtw] Remote Tech Work to install this integration.
  • Log in to your approved and verified [rtw] account on https://enterprise.remotetech.work.
  • Navigate to the Integrations page.
  • Click the Integrate Now button next to Lever. 
  • You will be redirected to Lever to grant access for the [rtw] integration.

  • On the modal, log in to Lever using your admin credentials
  • On the next prompt, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration. 

  • After approving the integration request and returning to [rtw], you will see that the integration has been successfully connected.
  • Review the settings and click Activate to enable the integration.

Using the [rtw] Remote Tech Work integration

  • Once the integration is activated, your job postings from Lever will be imported as “pending” on Remote Tech Work.
  • To link these jobs with existing [rtw] jobs, click Open Integration Link Panel

  • Your newly fetched jobs will be available in the Unlinked Jobs list, where they can be linked to [rtw] jobs.
  • Clicking on the imported job to review its details. 

  • On this page, you can view the Lever job details. From here, you can either link the job to an existing [rtw] job or create a new [rtw] job to link it with.

  • If the opportunity creation type is set to “On-demand” on the integration configuration page, you can create an [rtw] applicant as an opportunity in Lever through the Applicants page.

  •  If the opportunity creation type is set to “Automatic” on the integration configuration page, opportunities in Lever will be automatically created for [rtw] job applicants in real-time.

Created opportunities will have the following properties:

  1. Full name of the applicant
  2. Direct profile link of the applicant on [rtw] Remote Tech Work platform.
  3. Country of residence and e-mail address of the applicant.
  4. “Applied” as status and “[rtw] Remote Tech Work” as source.
  5. Applicant’s technical seniority level and preferred roles as tags.
  6. System generated Europass format CV of the candidate which will contain the following information:
    • Full name
    • Technical seniority level
    • Availability and notice period
    • Country of residence
    • Price tag (optional)
    • About me section
    • Technical skills
    • Language skills
    • Work experience
    • Project experience
    • Education
    • Certificates
  7. When a candidate withdraws their application from [rtw] Remote Tech Work platform, the created opportunity is automatically archived.
  8. When a new application is sent from [rtw] Remote Tech Work to Lever, if an opportunity exists for the same candidate in archived state; the opportunity is automatically unarchived. To make it easier to track system-made archive operations; notes to the corresponding opportunity are automatically added as seen below. 

Disabling the [rtw] Remote Tech Work integration

In [rtw] Remote Tech Work

  • Click Configuration next to Lever under the Integrations list.

  • Click Disable

 

In Lever

  • In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
  • Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the [rtw] Remote Tech Work app
  • Click Revoke access to disable the integration
