The Datapeople integration allows you to write AI-powered, on-brand, inclusive and compliant job descriptions. Through automated analytics, real-time collaboration, and an organized repository, all accessible directly in Lever, TA teams can eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth and double productivity while ensuring compliance with hiring regulations like pay transparency and company mandates such as DEI or EVP. Setting up the Datapeople integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Datapeople to install this integration. |
- In Datapeople, navigate to Datapeople > Settings > Connect to Lever
- Click Connect Lever
- Log in to Lever using your admin credentials
- On the next modal, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- It will take a few seconds to authenticate, but once connected, you'll see the Connect Lever button in Datapeople replaced with Your ATS has already been connected. This indicates you’ve successfully authorized the integration.
- The Datapeople team will be in touch shortly regarding the next steps
- It typically takes 1-2 days to sync job posts, reqs, users and other metadata from Lever.
- You may encounter an “Account Maintenance” screen in Datapeople while your integration is in progress.

Using the Datapeople integration
- Draft postings in Lever become available in your Datapeople drafts folder.
- Open the draft in Datapeople, use the guidelines to perfect your posting
- Sync the draft back to Lever.
- View the job on Lever to validate that the changes you made in Datapeople are reflected in Lever.

Disabling the Datapeople integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Datapeople app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
