The Nova by Dweet or "Nova" integration will automatically review candidate applications in Lever. Feedback scores are automatically added to the Lever opportunity. For more information refer to the Nova by Dweet website.
Setting up the Nova integration

You must have been approved by Nova to install this integration. To request access, contact andreas@dweet.com. |
- Navigate to the setup link sent to you by your Nova Account Manager and complete the first step.
- Select Lever, and click Complete Setup.
- On the modal, log in to your Lever account. You must be the account Admin in Lever to authorize Nova.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to activate the integration.

The integration will also request the 'View all users' permission to support updating results to the candidate opportunity in Lever. |
- You will be redirected back to Nova. The integration will begin syncing your published jobs.
Configuring the Nova integration
For each job in Nova, you may adjust the pre-populated criteria which Nova will use to review candidates. When a job is published, Nova will automatically determine the criteria it believes are most important from the job description in Lever.
To modify these criteria in Nova, complete the following:
- Click Edit Nova Instructions in the menu dropdown for the job.
- Adjust criteria as needed, and click Save Changes.
Using the Nova integration
Once the integration is authorized, and jobs are configured in Nova, the integration will process candidate CVs using a CV parsing algorithm and AI evaluation engine. The Nova system analyzes candidate documents through a streaming process meaning data is processed but not stored, ensuring GDPR compliance.
The candidate's Nova score and assessment results will automatically appear on the Lever candidate opportunity as a tag and feedback note.
Disabling the Nova integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Dweet app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
