The Alltourage integration syncs job postings in Lever to the Alltourage referral platform. Referred candidates are automatically synced to Lever as a new candidate opportunity. For more information refer to the Alltourage website.
Setting up the Alltourage integration

You must be a team or organization with Admin rights in Alltourage to install this integration. |

To successfully enable the integration, remove any pop-up blockers and enable third-party cookies in your browser for authentication purposes. |
- Log into your Alltourage account
- Select the Integrations tab on the left-hand side menu
- Click the Create Integration button
- On the pop-up, select 'Use my credentials'

Select the type of account you’d like to connect to (Production or Sandbox)
- Select 'Production data' to enable the integration on your Live Lever account
- Review the data permissions and click Next

Select your region
- In this case, Region will depend on the type of account (Production or Sandbox) you’ve selected to configure
- Log into your Lever account by clicking Open Window
- You will then be prompted to authorize the integration using your Lever account to complete the integration enablement
- On the modal, log in to your Lever account using your Admin account to authenticate the integration
- On the following screen, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration
- Complete the integration by clicking Finish setup
You’re all set! The connection between Alltourage and Lever is now complete. Now you should see the Lever integration tile under the Integrations tab right on Alltourage.
Using the Alltourage integration
Onboarding a candidate from Alltourage to Lever
Once authorized, the integration automatically pushes referred candidates from Alltourage to Lever. Jobs will sync from Lever to Alltourage every 24 hours.
Once a job is synced, you can start sending jobs to referrers via Alltourage. As the candidates roll in, Alltourage will automatically sync those candidates to Lever.
Send Jobs to Referrers
- Under the Job Posting tab in Alltourage select on the job you want to send out.
- Click on the Send to Referrer button.
- Use smart tags to determine the type(s) of referrers you want to send the job to. Or, you can send it to all referrers by simply clicking the Send button.
Review Referred Candidates in Lever
Once a job is sent, candidates will be tracked on Alltourage and automatically synced to Lever as a new opportunity under the Candidates page.
Data that syncs from Alltourage to Lever include:
- Candidate Name
- Phone Number
- Sourced via Alltourage
Alltourage hopes to sync more data points in the future. For now, you can access all other data points and Alltourage specific data on the Alltourage platform.

Disabling the Alltourage integration
In Alltourage
- Go to the Integrations tab
- Locate the Lever Integration
- Click Confirm to disable
In Lever
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Alltourage app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
