The Searchless integration with Lever syncs job posting and candidate data from Lever to the Searchless platform to allow Searchless to seamlessly invite candidates to take AI-powered, technical interviews. Interview results are automatically synced back to the Lever opportunity. For more information refer to the Searchless website.
Setting up the Searchless integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Searchless Inc. to install this integration. |
Enable Webhooks in Lever
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks.
- Enable the 'Candidate Stage Change' and 'Application Created' webhooks if they are not already enabled.
Authorize the Integration in Searchless
- In Searchless, navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Connect with Lever.
- On the modal, log in to Lever using your Admin credentials.
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the Searchless integration with Lever.
Configuring the Searchless integration
Link your Searchless job with your Lever job posting
- In Searchless, navigate to the Jobs dashboard.
- Open the job.
- Navigate to the 'Details' tab.
- Select the Lever posting you want to link with.
- Click Save.
Set up Searchless Screen stage in Lever
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Pipeline and archive reasons.
- Click Customize Pipeline Stages, and add a new interview stage called “Searchless Screen”.

Any stage with the word “Searchless” contained will trigger an interview for linked postings. |
- Complete the required stage configuration. Ensure the 'Stage used for interviews' toggle is turned to the on (blue) position.
- Click Add Stage to add the stage to your pipeline. For more information on adding new pipeline stages to your Lever account please refer to the article Adding pipeline stages.
- On your Lever job posting, confirm the 'Searchless Screen' stage is listed on the 'Interview plan' tab:
Using the Searchless integration
- In Lever, move the candidate opportunity to the 'Searchless Screen' stage.
- The candidate will be automatically sent a Searchless interview invite.
- Once complete, the feedback summary will be added to Lever as an opportunity note. The full interview details will be available on Searchless.
Disabling the Searchless integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Searchless app.
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
