Enabling and using the Calyptus integration

Setting up the Calyptus integration

• Log in to your Calyptus account and click Settings in the menu bar.

• Navigate to the Integrations tab.

• Click Connect to establish the connection.

• Calyptus will request access to opportunities, postings, users, and offline access.
• Click Accept to proceed.

• On the modal, sign in to your Lever Admin account.

• Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.

• Congratulations! You have successfully connected Calyptus to Lever.

Configuring the Calyptus integration

Configure the Job Position in Calyptus

• In Calyptus, navigate to to the Jobs tab.
• Click Import from ATS.

• Select a job position for import and click Confirm.

• Use the job position name and description imported from Lever, or edit the fields.
  • You may opt to click Create with Calyptus AI upon entering at least 30 characters in the description field.
• Click Next.
  
  

• Some of the job requirements are filled in by Calyptus AI, so you only need to enter the missing data.
• Click Next.

• Select the required skills and click Next.

• Select the responsible team member to associate with the job position.
• Click Next.

• Upon filling up all the required data you will be redirected to the 'job requirements' view. 
• Continue editing, or click Publish Job Position to publish the job.

• After publishing, the job position will be listed in the Jobs section in Calyptus. 

Using the Calyptus integration

Export Candidates from Calyptus to Lever

• Navigate to the candidate pool and select the job position imported from Lever.

• Then click Connect on the appropriate candidate.

• Then navigate to the Responses tab and open the related chat. Here you can click Send to ATS and a candidate will be synced to Lever.

• Or, you can also navigate to the Jobs section, select the open job position imported from Lever, and open the 'Application' Tab.
• Click on three dots (...) near the applicant, and click Send to ATS from the dropdown.

• The Candidate will appear in Lever automatically attached to the appropriate job position in Lever.

Before reaching out to Calyptus for integration support, please complete the following recommended error-handling steps:

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
2. Restart your device or refresh the app.
3. Check your internet connection for stability.

Disabling the Calyptus integration

In Calyptus

1. In Calyptus, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Locate the Lever integration tile.
3. Click Disconnect.

In Lever

1. In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API.
2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Calyptus app.
3. Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
