The jobworX.AI integration enables Lever users to publish their postings to the worXspace. Job applicants are then able to apply to open positions using a comprehensive digital profile called the worXspace. Applicants are automatically added to Lever as a new opportunity with a link to their jobworX.AI candidate digital profile. For more information refer to the jobworX.AI website.
Setting up the jobworX.AI integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in jobworX.AI to install this integration. |
- In jobworX.AI, navigate to your Dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Click the Integration tab
- Under the Lever Integration, click Connect to Lever
- On the modal, sign in to your Lever Admin account to connect both platforms
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration
Using the jobworX.AI integration
Onboarding a candidate from Lever to jobworX.AI
The integration allows customers to create jobs in Lever and automatically publish their jobs to jobworX.AI, allowing job seekers to apply via the jobworX.AI application process.
- In Lever, create a new job by navigating to the Jobs tab
- click Add job posting
- Enter the pertinent information to create the job posting
- The job posting will automatically sync to the jobworX.AI candidate portal

Viewing jobworX.AI candidates in Lever
- To view an applicant's jobworX.AI profile, open a candidate opportunity
- Click the jobworX.AI profile link listed within the opportunity links section
- You will be redirected to the jobworX.AI candidate digital profile
Disabling the jobworX.AI integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the jobworX.AI app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
