The Lever and The English Quiz integration enables you to seamlessly assign candidates The English Quiz assessments directly from your Lever dashboard. The English Quiz will be notified when a candidate has reached a trigger stage in Lever. The candidate will automatically be added to your account in The English Quiz and emailed a secure test link. Once the candidate has completed the test and the test has been scored by The English Quiz, the test results and report (PDF) will be available on your Lever dashboard.
Setting up The English Quiz integration
- On The English Quiz dashboard, navigate to Company profile > Integrations
- Click the Enable button to activate the Lever integration; you will be prompted to log into your account
- Click Accept to give The English Quiz permission to access the required data
Configuring The English Quiz integration
The integration is now enabled. Click Manage to view and edit the settings.
Select the Lever pipeline stage and default test. We recommend using a stage specific to assessments. It should be in line with when in the process you would like to administer the quiz. If you would like to add a pipeline stage, following the instructions in our help article on adding pipeline stages.
Using The English Quiz integration
Assigning The English Quiz test in Lever
Once you have selected the Lever trigger stage in The English Quiz, the assessment will automatically be associated with the Lever stage. All candidates moved into this stage will receive The English Quiz invitation with a secure test link via email. If you wish to change the stage, simply navigate to The English Quiz Integrations > Lever > Manage to select a different stage.
Viewing The English Quiz results in Lever
Once your candidate has completed their test and the test has been scored by The English Quiz, the results will be sent to Lever. The candidate’s overall score will be visible in a tag. In addition, you will be able to access the complete test report (PDF).
Disabling The English Quiz integration
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Authorized Apps
- Locate The English Quiz app
- Click Revoke Access
