Pivoting opportunities: This new feature provides users the ability to create a new opportunity for a candidate using data from one of their existing opportunities. The pre-existing opportunity can optionally be archived in the process. This new functionality ensures that collaborators on an opportunity have sufficient access to the candidate's context when they need it. Visual Insights Preview - new dashboards and exports: Lever’s unified reporting database fuses with Looker’s powerful data visualization tools, bringing an entirely re-designed experience. Visual Insights Preview is the first glance at radical improvements to Lever’s in-app reporting with four additional dashboards plus the addition of in-app data exports in the Winter Release. Improvements
Application form reCAPTCHA: On every application that a candidate submits, they will need to complete a reCAPTCHA. This prevents spam candidates/bots from successfully submitting job applications.
Offer approvals profile story: New profile story, when an offer is fully approved, has each approver, with a timestamp of when they approved.
