The Built for Teams integration helps you easily import your requisitions from Lever directly into your Built for Teams account. This integration with the Built for Teams Position Management module will allow you to connect requisitions to open positions on your Built for Teams Org Chart. Below are step-by-step instructions to get started.
Setting up the Built for Teams integration

- Log into your Built for Teams account and navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click the Lever hyperlink in the list of integrations
- Click Connect
- Log into your Lever account if needed
- Review the requested permissions; complete the authorization step by clicking Accept
Using the Built for Teams integration
Manually importing job requisition data from Lever
After connecting to Lever, your data will be imported automatically and daily automatic imports will be enabled. You may also initiate a manual import from Lever at any time from the Job Requisitions page.
- In Built for Teams, navigate to Positions > Job Requisitions
- Click Import
- Once the import is complete, click View Job Requisitions
Connecting job requisitions to positions in Built for Teams
- Navigate to Positions > Job Requisitions
- To find the requisition you would like to connect to a position, filter the list by the status of the requisition, or use the search field. To see more details about a certain requisition, click the hyperlinked job requisition name or job requisition # in the table.
- Click the Connect Position button in the Position ID column
- Enter the title or position ID of the position
- Click Save

Configuring automatic imports
Automatic imports are enabled by default. Follow these steps to configure the frequency and notifications for automatic imports.
- Navigate to Settings > Imports
- Under 'Lever Import Settings', click Edit
- In the Enable Automatic Imports field, choose Yes
- Select your desired Import Frequency
- Enter an email address where the system can send a notification email each time the automated import process completes.
Disabling automatic imports
Automatic imports are enabled by default. Follow these steps to disable automatic imports:
- Navigate to Settings > Imports
- Under 'Lever Import Settings', click Edit
- In the Enable Automatic Imports field, choose No
Disabling the Built for Teams integration
In Lever
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Authorized Apps
- Locate the Built for Teams app
- Click Revoke Access
After you have disconnected Lever from your Built for Teams account, you will no longer be able to view or edit the data in the Job Requisitions table and no future imports will take place.
In Built for Teams
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click the Lever hyperlink in the list of integrations
- Click the Deactivate button
- Click OK
