Purpose Jobs integrates with Lever, allowing you to export Candidates directly into your Lever account as well as publish new open positions from Lever to Purpose Jobs. In order to configure this integration, your company needs to be a customer of both Purpose Jobs and Lever. Here’s a quick installation guide:

Setting up the Purpose Jobs integration

After logging into your Purpose Jobs account, navigate to Account Settings in the bottom lefthand corner of your dashboard, and then select Integrations. Click on Lever then choose accept on the next page to authorize access to your profile.

Configuring the Purpose Jobs integration

You can now export candidates from Purpose Jobs into Lever. To share, click Jobs on the left hand side of your screen. Choose the job(s) you want to connect with Lever by clicking edit next to each position. On the next page, you will see a 'Connect Lever Job' option to link that job with a specific position. Once you choose the job, click Save at the bottom of the page. In addition to manually exporting candidate profiles, applicants to your open positions in Purpose Jobs will automatically be shared to your Lever account.
