Enabling and using the Keeyora integration

Keeyora is easy and affordable text messaging software for recruiters. Integrating Lever with Keeyora will allow users to send individual texts and mass messages directly from within Lever with all conversations instantly being saved under each candidate profile as a note. Setting up the Keeyora integration

 

Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must be a team or organisation with admin rights in Keeyora to install this integration.

Step 1: Create your Keeyora account:

  • Download the Keeyora Chrome extension from the Google Web Store.
  • Click Sign up to create your account
  • Choose your desired plan

  • If you selected a Team plan, select how texting seats you'd like to add to your team and enter your credit card details

  • Pick a phone number by entering your area code.
    • If you don't plan on using one of your texting seats then click Skip for now

Step 2: Integrate your new Keeyora account with Lever

  • Navigate to the Integrations tab in Keeyora and click the Lever logo
  • Click Connect and follow the prompts

  • Log in to your Lever account
  • Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.

Using the Keeyora integration:

Upon making the connection, any text conversations made through Keeyora will sync into Lever.

These can be initiated from the candidate's opportunity via the UI button at the top of the profile.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Sometimes these emails go to junk/spam folders so ask your recruiters to check these folders if they don't see the invite.

  • Once each recruiter has been invited they don't technically need to receive the email before they can join. As long as the email address matches the email address in your Team tab then they can create their account and they will automatically join your team.

You can also purchase new seats and remove unused seats as your team expands or contracts over time.

How to disable the Keeyora integration:

1. Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.

2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Keeyora app.

3. Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
