The Appcast integration will seamlessly sync your jobs from Lever to AppCast and automatically source and sync candidate applications to Lever. Appcast’s technology is built to be flexible and adaptable with almost any software in the market. With just a few simple steps, Appcast will be able to effectively communicate with your ATS platform. There are three connection points for the integration: (1) Job Feed - this is how your open jobs are sent to Appcast from Lever (via XML), (2) Apply Attribution - Appcast’s tracking technology is deployed on every completed application, so Appcast knows when a candidate has completed the application process, and (3) Source Attribution - Appcast is set as a source within your ATS so that you know which applications are coming from Appcast.
Setting up the Appcast integration
|
You must be a team or organization with admin rights in AppCast to install this integration. |
The Appcast integration uses proprietary technology called Appcast Apply to send applicant details directly into Lever when candidates apply for your jobs. Appcast is informed when a candidate has completed the application process (apply attribution).
To setup the integration, please complete the following:
- Reach out to your Appcast point of contact for the integration authorization link.
- Open link provided by your Appcast point of contact.
- Log in using your Lever account.
- Review the list of requested permissions. Click Accept.
- After approval, the integration is now established between StepStone and Lever.
|
If you require Privacy Policy and/or Terms & Conditions links on your job postings, please let your Appcast Customer Success team know. |
|
Currently Appcast Apply does not support University Picker or Rating Scale questions. Please do not use these question types in your jobs advertised via Appcast Apply, as the applications for these jobs will not be successfully submitted to Lever. |
