This guide assumes that you:

  • Have a user with the Super Admin permission in Lever
  • Have site administrator permissions in Screenloop

  • Have created a leverapi@<your-organization-email-domain> user account within Lever

If you are unsure or don't have permission, first you need to contact a Lever user in your organization with Super Admin level permissions to ensure that either you or them are capable of executing the following steps described in this article.

Setup the integration:

In order to perform these steps you need to have site administrator permissions in Screenloop.

  3. In the left panel that just popped up, please click on Integrations

The goal is to gather information and perform the necessary setup both in Lever and in Screenloop.

At any point, if something goes wrong, please reach out to Screenloop's support via the Screenloop support request form.

Reach out to Lever Support via the Screenloop support request form create a Screenloop service user in your Lever account. They'll create a user with the following syntax: leverapi@<your-organization-email-domain> e.g. if your organization is Screenloop, then you should consider leverapi@screenloop.com

2. Click the connect button on the Lever integration

After Lever Support creates this service user and while on Screenloop's integrations page, click on the Connect with Lever button:
