Lever's Fast Resume Review functionality allows you to efficiently screen applicants at the top of your talent funnel. With Fast Resume Review, you can review candidates' resumes and responses to application questions in a sprint-style sequence, taking swift action to either advance, archive, or skip opportunities as you go.
How Fast Resume Review works
When candidates apply to a posting through your job site, their opportunity appears in the 'New Applicant' stage of the Applicant section in the pipeline. These opportunities make up the top of your inbound talent funnel and should be either advanced further down the pipeline or archived before they become stale. When viewing the opportunities in the 'New Applicant' stage of the pipeline, a banner will be visible above the opportunity list which you can use to initiate a Fast Resume Review session. The resume, candidate profile details, and responses to application questions for each opportunity in the 'New Applicant' stage of the pipeline will be organized in sequence. You can easily advance, archive, or skip each opportunity before moving to the next one in the sequence. Lever will give you the option to carry forward configurations as you take action with opportunities throughout the sequence, saving you even more time as you screen applications.
