The Adaface integration allows talent acquisition teams to invite candidates to take tests, track their status and review their scorecards all from within Lever. Once the integration is set up, you can:
- Add Adaface tests as a stage in your candidate funnel
- Invite candidates to take a test with just one click
- Review scorecards from within the Lever dashboard when candidates complete a test

Setting up the Adaface integration

Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must be a team or organization with a paid plan on Adaface to install this integration. |
- In Adaface, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Lever
- Click Integrate
- On the modal, log in to Lever
- On the next screen, review the list of requested permissions; click Accept
Configuring the Adaface integration
Enable the webhook
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
- Scroll down to the 'Candidate Stage Change' webhook
- A unique webhook for your Lever account has already been configured by the integration
- If the webhook is not already enabled, toggle the switch to the on (blue) position to enable
Add the Adaface Assessment stage to your pipeline
- In Lever, navigate to Settings > Pipeline and archive reasons
- Click the Customize pipeline stages button

Click on + Add stages button in the middle of the page

Type "Adaface Assessment" in the name field

Configure stage settings as desired

Click on the Add stage button

Move the stage to the desired location in your pipeline
- Click Next
- Review the changes and click Save
Setting up an Adaface assessment for a job on Lever
- Get the Test id from the Adaface Dashboard by navigating to 'My tests'
- Select the desired test
- In the link/URL at the top, copy the text between the assessment and questions
- In Lever, add it to the Lever job posting as a tag, using the following format:
- Adaface:{adaface-test-id}
- Click Save Changes
Using the Adaface integration
Inviting a candidate to a test
- In Lever, move the candidate to Adaface Assessment stage
- The candidate will receive an email for the test assigned to the job posting
- Updates are added as tags and/or links on the candidate opportunity in Lever
Viewing scorecards
Once the candidate completes the test, the Lever opportunity is updated with the Adaface test results and scorecard link.
Disabling the Adaface integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the 'Authorized Apps' tab, locate the Adaface app
- Click Revoke Access to disable the integration
