Setting up the Coefficient Works, Inc. integration

Install Coefficient in Google Sheets

• In Google Sheets, go to the top menu and navigate to Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons.

• This will launch the Google Workspace Marketplace.
• Type “Coefficient” into the search bar.
• Select the first app that appears.

• On the prompt, grant Coefficient access your Google Account by clicking Allow.

• Coefficient will appear in the extension menu of Google Sheets under the Extensions menu. 
• Navigate to the Coefficient app and click Launch. 

• The Coefficient extension will open on the right-hand side of your Google spreadsheet.

Configuring the Coefficient Works, Inc. integration

Add Lever as a data source in Coefficient

• On the Coefficient extension, click the Import from… button. 
• Click Add.

• On the Add connection screen, enter "Lever" to search for the Lever connection. 

• Click Authorize to initiate the OAuth flow to authorize the integration with Lever. 

• Log into Lever when prompted.
• On the modal, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept. 

Using the Coefficient Works, Inc. integration

• Once the OAuth process is completed, you will be redirected to Coefficient.
• Click Start from Scratch. 

• Choose the object you wish to import from Lever. 

• Configure which data fields you would like to import. 
• Click Import. 

• The selected data will be imported into Google Sheets from Lever. 

Disabling the Coefficient Works, Inc. integration

1. In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Coefficient Works, Inc. app
3. Click Revoke access to disable the integration
