The Diversity dashboard provides you with a complete picture of your candidate demographics as you strive to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. The Diversity dashboard is useful for visualizing the breakdown your pipeline and archive based on candidate responses to question on your diversity survey your job postings and surveys. As you are reading, refer to our LeverTRM Glossary. We also suggest reading our help article on Diversity Surveys to make sure you are well-versed on how they are built and configured.
|
You may notice similarities between the Diversity dashboard and the Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO) dashboard. While the Diversity dashboard can be used to report on candidate responses to any diversity survey questions, the EEO dashboard strictly reports on candidate responses to EEO questions (if enabled). EEO questions can be enabled in any Lever environment, however only U.S. federal contractors are required to collect EEO data for OFCCP compliance. Check out our EEO help article to learn more about the distinction between EEO and general diversity survey questions. |

Metrics on the Diversity dashboard
Metrics on the Diversity dashboard are visualized in various types of charts which are organized into different pages. Below, you will find a description of each page as well as the charts they contain and how the metrics on each chart are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters at the top of the dashboard (as well as the stage selection filter in the upper left of the dashboard, where applicable).
Filters can be be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. For a more detailed description of how filters work in Visual Insights, refer to our help article on dashboard filters.

To ensure clarity in the visualized data, we highly recommend that you have an input in the Question filter at all times. Selecting a survey in the Survey name filter will restrict the options in the Question filter to only the questions available in the survey you selected. To generate data in the dashboard, you must click the ⟳ button after selecting a question in the Question filter. |
Keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.
