The Sources dashboard is provides you with insight into how candidates are entering your talent pipeline and the quality of those channels based on candidate performance. The Sources dashboard is useful for establishing the ROI of your job market spending as well as identifying trends and changes in the top of your recruitment funnel. Accessing the Sources dashboard
To access the Sources dashboard:
- Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header
- Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page
- Click Dashboards and select Sources from the expanded menu
Metrics
Metrics on the Sources dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.
Filters can be be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. The Sources dashboard requires that you have an input in the Origin efficiency grouped by filter at all times. This filter only affects the Offer acceptance rate by origin chart on the dashboard. |

The colors used on all Visual Insights charts are ADA compliant for red, green, and blue color blindness as well as monochromacy. |

This chart shows the percent and count of opportunities created by origin. Use this chart to understand the distribution of candidates across inbound and outbound recruitment categories.

Average time in pipeline by source for hires
This chart shows the average number of days it takes to hire an opportunity, broken down by source. Use this chart to look for trends related to speed in the journey of hired candidates.

Sourced opportunities
This table shows the breakdown of opportunities that were sourced and whom they were sourced by. The table shows the number of opportunities created, active, archived and hired.
Origin quality over time
This chart allows you to contextualize the data in the Offer acceptance by origin chart, by allowing you to compare offer acceptance rates across origins, relative to the total offers extended, over time.

This chart is allows you to measure the quality of sourced opportunities, based on the ratio of offers accepted, relative to opportunities coming from other origins.

Summary of sources
This table can be found at the bottom of the dashboard, showing details of a maximum of 500 opportunities active, archived or hired within the date range, consisting of:
- Origin
- Source
- Milestone - (Lead, Applicant, Screen, Interview, Offer)
- Active opportunities
- Archived opportunities
- Hired opportunities
By default, the origins in the table are ordered alphabetically by name. To sort the table by a different parameter, click the corresponding column header.
