Lever can support Unicode text of any language. At this time, Lever is not optimized for languages other than English. Lever's navigation, in addition to numerous other components of the user interface, is in English.

Within each individual candidate profile, the following attributes can be written in any language:

- Tags
- Location
- Notes
- Emails
- Forms
- Feedback forms
- Links to online profiles
