Leaving interview feedback on a mobile device

Lever makes it easy to see relevant information about the candidates you interview and seamlessly leave feedback from a mobile device. For more information on using Lever on a mobile device, please refer to our help article on viewing candidate profiles on a mobile device. 

To submit interview feedback from a mobile device:

• On a mobile device, navigate to m.hire.lever.co to view a snapshot of your interview events. These events will be ordered by upcoming interviews, overdue feedback, and recently completed feedback.

• Tap into an event to view more details about the candidate associated with your interview. 

• The first section outlines information specific to the scheduled interview:
  • The interview feedback form title that was assigned to you.
  • The candidate name and current/former organizations.
  • The job associated with the candidate's interview. Tap the job to redirect to the job posting.
  • The interview date, which redirects you to the calendar invitation that you received for the event.
• The second sections display personal details about the candidate such as the most recent resume on the candidate's profile, as well as candidate contact details, files, and links. You will also see tags and candidate opportunity ownership and access. Existing notes and interview feedback can also be viewed from this page. 
• Tap Start Feedback at any point to jump to the feedback form you have been assigned. You can also scroll down to the feedback portion at the bottom of this page. 

• When completing interview feedback on a mobile device, you can type directly into these fields to complete your feedback and these edits will be made in real-time on the profile. Once you are done, tap Submit Feedback. If you do not end up completing your feedback, it will be automatically saved, and you can continue where you left off either through the mobile or desktop site.
