The EEO dashboard is useful for visualizing the breakdown your pipeline and archive based on candidate responses to the EEO questions on your job postings and surveys. As you are reading, refer to our LeverTRM Glossary for definitions of the key terms and concepts used in this article.

Metrics on the EEO dashboard
Metrics on the EEO dashboard are visualized in various types of charts which are organized into pages. Below, you will find a description of each page as well as the charts they contain and how the metrics on each chart are calculated.
Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters at the top of the dashboard (as well as the stage selection filter in the upper left of the dashboard, where applicable). Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. For a more detailed description of how filters work in Visual Insights, refer to our help article on dashboard filters.

The EEO dashboard requires that you have an input in the EEO question filter at all times, as it serves as one of the necessary parameters for most charts on each page. |

If you want to review insights into candidate diversity relative to volume of your entire recruitment pipeline set the Submitted EEO response? filter to 'Any option.' |
Keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.
