LinkedIn provides the ability to download a candidate's profile as a PDF. You can then upload this profile as a resume when creating a new candidate or opportunity in Lever. The information on the exported profile will populate in the corresponding fields on the candidate and opportunity profile in Lever, just as they would if you had attached a resume. Using these functionalities together can help save you time when sourcing candidates.
Downloading a candidate profile as a PDF on LinkedIn
From a candidate's LinkedIn profile, click the More button beneath their name and select the Save to PDF option in the menu that appears.
The downloaded file will be formatted as a resume.
