Understanding Lever's monthly usage report

Below is a breakdown of how each of the metrics in Lever's monthly usage report are calculated. Note, the monthly usage report is only sent to users with the role Super Admin or Admin.

Metric Calculation
Time to hire The average number of days it takes to hire and opportunity, calculated as:


[Sum of time to hire for all opportunities hired within the date range]


[Total number of opportunities hired within the date range]

Time to hire is determined by the start and end points configured in the Time to Hire Wizard in your Visual Insights Settings. By default, time to hire is measured using the date an opportunity was created as the start point and the date that opportunity was archived as 'Hired' as the end point. To learn more, refer to our help article on configuring the time to hire calculation.

To view this metric in Lever:
Navigate to any dashboard in Visual Insights with a 'Time to hire' chart.
For guidance, refer to our Visual Insights chart directory.
Opportunities hired

The count of opportunities archived as 'Hired' within the date range.

To view this metric in Lever:
Navigate to the Pipeline dashboard in Visual Insights and refer to the 'Opportunities hired' KPI tile.
New opportunities created

The count of opportunities created within the date range.

To view this metric in Lever:
Navigate to the Pipeline dashboard in Visual Insights and refer to the 'Opportunities created' KPI tile.
Sourced opportunities

The count of opportunities created within the date range with an origin of 'Sourced.'

To view this metric in Lever:
Navigate to the Sources dashboard in Visual Insights and hover over the 'Sourced' bar in the 'Opportunities created by origin' chart, or another bar chart on the dashboard. 
Active Lever users

The count of users that logged into your Lever environment within the date range.

To view this metric in Lever:
It is not possible to view this metric in Lever.
% stale candidates The percentage of opportunities in the pipeline over 90 days old as of the end of the date range, calculated as:


[Number of active opportunities in the pipeline greater than 90 days old as of the end of the date range]

Average interview score

The average feedback score measured across all interview feedback for hires and non-hires submitted within the date range.

To view this metric in Lever:
Navigate to the Feedback dashboard in Visual Insights and refer to the 'Average Feedback score for hires' KPI tile. 

% of interview feedback submitted The percentage of feedback forms submitted within the date range, calculated as:


[Number of feedback forms requested and completed within the date range]

Offers sent

The count of offers sent within the date range.*

To view this metric in Lever:
Navigate to the Offers dashboard in Visual Insights and refer to the count of sent offers on the 'Offers by status' chart.

*You may notice a discrepancy in the monthly metrics email communication compared to Visual Insights if the offer is sent on multiple days and/or multiple times on the same day. The offer is counted once per day if it is in “Sent” status in Visual Insights.
