Lever Your Way
Tailor how you use Lever to meet your specific business and talent acquisition needs with the following features:
Hybrid requisitions management (LeverTRM Enterprise or Advanced HR add-on)
New settings allow for 'hybrid' requisition management, making it possible for requisitions to be managed both via the API and in-app. To learn more, refer to our help article on configuring requisition settings.
Calculation support in offer letters (LeverTRM)
Configure offer fields to perform mathematic calculations within the offer letter template, helping to minimize error and improve efficiency amongst your team. To learn more, refer to our help article on using calculations in offer letters.
Automation Hub - new triggers, conditions, and actions (LeverTRM Enterprise or Advanced Automation add-on)
We’ve added more flexibility for configuring automations with these improvements: New triggers (opportunity archived, tag added), new conditions (posting Department/Team, opportunity origin, opportunity source), and updated actions (send email with DocuSign links, change opportunity stage). To learn more, refer to our automation workflows help article.
Lever API Update: Linking requisitions and postings
Enhancements to requisitions and postings endpoints in the Lever API that support linking requisitions to postings and vice-versa. To learn more, refer to Lever’s API documentation.
The Rise of Data-Driven Recruiting
Empower your team to move quickly and make data-informed hiring decisions with the following features:
Talent Leader Summary dashboard (LeverTRM)
We’ve built a dashboard dedicated to Talent Leaders that deliver key metrics in a centralized spot. Talent Leaders can use insights from this new Visual Insights dashboard to gain a holistic understanding of their talent acquisition efforts and communicate top-level statistics to their broader organization. To learn more, refer to our help article on the Talent Leader Summary dashboard.
Requisition data sets for Data Explorer (LeverTRM for Enterprise and/or Advanced Analytics add-on)
To further support data-driven recruiting goals, we’re introducing new Requisition data sets that can be used to build custom charts and dashboards in Data Explorer. Data can now be aggregated and compared on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for period-over-period analysis. To learn more, refer to our Data Explorer data sets directory.
Snowflake data sharing (Advanced Analytics add-on)
Get direct access to Lever reporting data in your Snowflake instance with the ability to provision access to Snowflake Data Sharing in-app. To learn more, refer to our help article on Snowflake Data Sharing.
New Talent Discovery and Building a Diverse Workforce
Create a meaningful candidate experience and support efforts to build a diverse workforce with the following features:
Candidate pronouns field (LeverTRM)
Candidates can share their preferred pronouns during the application process. The information will appear on the opportunity, making it easy for interviewers to correctly address candidates and contribute to an inclusive interview process. To learn more, refer to our help article on the candidate pronouns field.
'Location type' job posting field (for remote and hybrid postings) (LeverTRM)
Classify Lever job postings as eligible for remote and hybrid candidates. Applicants visiting Lever job sites and integrated job platforms will also be able to filter jobs by remote / hybrid / on-site types. To learn more, refer to our job postings help article.
Integration and Partner Ecosystem Tools
Take advantage of Lever's growing integration ecosystem with these new integrated hiring tools:
JobTarget integration (LeverTRM)
We’ve expanded our job board distribution offerings to improve the way you build awareness for your open roles. Our new integration with JobTarget, a job aggregation platform, allows you to automatically publish external postings to leading platforms such as ZipRecruiter, Monster, and more. To learn more, refer to our help article on the JobTarget integration.

Data compliance - Field-specific anonymization by location (LeverTRM)
Configure which data fields are removed when a candidate is anonymized on a per-country basis to ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations. To learn more, refer to our help article on configuring localized data compliance settings.
Updates to data compliance settings (LeverTRM)
Following the release of this update, a Lever environment can only have either the 'Data compliance' setting enabled or the 'GDPR' setting enabled, but not both. If you had both 'Data compliance' and 'GDPR' enabled prior to December 2022, the 'Data compliance' setting will have been disabled with the release of the product update and your Lever environment will have reverted to solely relying upon your GDPR configuration to manage data collection, retention, and anonymization. Any country-specific data retention periods that you configured in your 'Data compliance' setting prior to December 2022 will have been saved. To restore your country-specific data retention periods, simply re-enable the 'Data compliance' setting.
- When Data Compliance is enabled, Lever abides by country-level configurations for data collection, retention, and anonymization.
- When GDPR is enabled, Lever abides by GDPR settings for data collection, retention, and anonymization.
