The Tapioca integration enables customers to see Lever candidates directly in Tapioca and automatically update candidate statuses in Lever.

Setup the integration:

Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Tapioca to install this integration. |
1. In the Tapioca app, click your name in the lower left corner, go to Settings and navigate to Integrations.
2. Click Connect Lever Account.
3. Log in to Lever. Review requested permissions and click Accept to allow Tapioca to access your data in Lever.
How to use the integration:
Invite candidates to take assessment
1. From the Tapioca dashboard, click Generate invite in the upper right. After selecting a role, you will see a list of the candidates you have in Lever.
2. Select a candidate and click Generate link.
3. Copy the generated link and email it to the candidate so they can access your assignment.
This link will also be displayed on the candidate card as a note.

Seeing updates in Lever
After sharing the assignment with the candidate, Tapioca will post notes on the candidate profile in Lever when the following events occur:
- Candidate gets started with the assignment
- Candidate submits the assignment
- Engineering team starts to review
- Engineering team finishes the review
- Hiring manager makes the final decision to reject or move forward to the next stage
How to disable the integration:
1. Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.
2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Tapioca app.
3. Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
