How do I enable and use the integration?

Available for User roles Super Admin, Admin, Team Member, Limited Team Member
Can only be configured by Super Admins

The integration allows you to post jobs seamlessly to from Lever and receive applications directly back into Lever.

Candidates experience Lever's best-in-class application experience, using their existing profiles for a seamless applicant and manager experience. From there, the application is ingested directly on Lever. Keeping the entire application experience on the platform helps reduce drop-off and increase overall apply conversions, resulting in a lower advertising cost for candidate acquisition.

Readers of this article will learn the following:


Setup the integration:


Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must be a team or organization with admin rights in to install this integration.

1. Contact your Sales or CS Rep to receive the link to enable the integration or Click on the following link and add your company name in the status field: {Must Insert Company Name}


2. After you click on the link with your company name use your Lever Username and Password to log in at the next screen:



3. Review the requested list of permissions. Click Accept


4. If everything was successful you will see the following screen:


If you receive an error, please make sure you have entered your company name into the url correctly.


Potential Errors

1. If you do not receive the message “You Have Successfully Completed the Customer Enablement” then the setup has not worked properly. 

a. If that happens review the error message and make sure you have inserted your company name in the "status=" section of the URL.

2. If you have put a company name in the status= section of the URL and you still do not receive the message that the integration was enabled then contact you Sales or CS Rep.


How to configure the integration:

1. will be notified once you complete the setup within the Lever platform (contact your sales rep for confirmation once you submit). 

2. The rest of the configuration will be handled by in the platform. 

3. Once the team completes the configuration, you will be contacted to validate that test candidates that have been sent. 

4. After you validate the test candidates have made it into Lever successfully then will move the integration to production and activate your campaigns. 


How to use the integration:

The integration automatically pulls jobs every four hours.

Candidate applications are automatically sent to Lever. 


How to disable the integration:

Deactivate on

1. Please reach out to your Sales or CS Rep to deactivate the integration.

2. Your Sales or CS Rep will contact the integrations team to turn off the integration.


Deactivate on Lever

1. Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.

2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the app.

3. Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
