Call-to-action buttons are designed to make it easy for you to initiate the next step in a candidate's journey, keeping potential recruits fresh and engaged throughout your pipeline. Call-to-action buttons appear to the right of opportunities listed in the Lead and Interview sections of the pipeline.

The buttons allow you to see that status of each opportunity in your pipeline at a glance so you can prioritize work accordingly. Below is a breakdown of the different types of call-to-action buttons and the action they initiate:

Lead section
Nurture call to action button
Priority: Low
Action: Add this candidate to a Nurture campaign
Clicking the button: Opens Nurture campaign menu
Interview section
Schedule call to action button
Priority: High
Action: Schedule this candidate for an interview
Clicking the button: Opens the scheduler
View All call to action button
Priority: High
Action: Advance or archive this candidate based on completed interview feedback
Clicking the button: Opens opportunity profile
Pending call to action button
Priority: Medium
Action: Submit interview feedback and/or nudge interviewers to submit pending feedback
Clicking the button: Opens the opportunity profile
Expired call to action button
Priority: Medium
Action: Send this candidate a new Easy Book link or archive their opportunity
Clicking the button: Opens the opportunity profile
Scheduling call to action button
Priority: Low
Action: None; candidate has been sent an Easy Book link
Clicking the button: Opens the opportunity profile
Date call to action button Priority: Low
Action: None; this candidate is scheduled for an upcoming interview
