How do I enable and use the LeapGrad integration?

Available for User roles Super Admin, Admin, Team Member, Limited Team Member
Can only be configured by Super Admins
Packages Select Lever packages

The LeapGrad integration will seamlessly import your jobs from Lever to LeapGrad. All applications to job postings on LeapGrad will automatically push to Lever. 

Readers of this article will learn the following:


Setup the integration:


Access role must be Super Admin in Lever to set up the integration. You must have a Business Account in LeapGrad to install this integration.
  • Sign-in with your Lever account

If you are new to LeapGrad

Create a new Business Account on LeapGrad and complete the following steps: 

  • Select Lever from the External ATS tools list. 



  • Select integrate with LEVER.


  • Log into Lever.


  • Review list of requested permissions. Click Accept.

If you have an existing LeapGrad account

  • On LeapGrad, navigate over to the settings page by clicking on your profile picture on the top-right part of the screen and selecting settings.
  • Click on External ATS and select Lever on the dropdown list.


  • Select Integrate with Lever.


  • Log into Lever.


  • Review list of requested permissions. Click Accept.


How to use the integration:

Congratulations you’ve successfully linked your lever account! Now you can select your jobs from Lever to be posted at LeapGrad.

  • On LeapGrad, head on to the Jobs tab and select New Job Post.


  • Follow the steps, then select Scrape Job.
  • Select how much jobs you want to import from Lever. 
  • Select the jobs you want to post.

Viola! You’ve now successfully imported a job from Lever to LeapGrad. All the applications to this job post will also be pushed to your Lever Account.

How to disable the integration:

1. Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.

2. Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the LeapGrad app.

3. Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
