How do I enable and use the Honeit integration?

Available for User roles Super Admins, Admins, Team Members
Packages Select Lever packages

Setup the integration:

Note: Access role must be Super Admin in order to set up the integration.

1.) Click on your profile image -> Integrations in Honeit.


2.) Scroll down to "Lever" and click on the "Connect to Lever" button.


3.) You will be brought offsite to Lever. Follow the login instructions.


How to use the integration:

Once you're connected, after a completed Honeit interview:

1.) Click "Calls" on the top menu.
2.) Make sure you're on the completed tab (if not already).
3.) Select a completed interview and click on "Details".
4.) Click "Export to ATS".
5.) Click "Share".


If you want to automate the export process to Lever:
6.) Go to the Integrations page and toggle "Auto export" to enabled.

An Opportunity will be created on your Lever account in the stage of "Interviewed". The candidate will be created if he/she doesn't exist or will be merged to an existing candidate based on the same email.

Along with the candidate details, their resume (if exists) and a transcript will be uploaded. A link of their shared highlights will also be uploaded.


How to disable the integration:

1.) Go to the Integrations page in Honeit and click on "Disconnect".
