Visual Insights: Chart title and description updates

In early 2022, Lever will release an update to its Visual Insights analytics interface. The updated interface will be accessed via the Preview Visual Insights button at the top of the left-side navigation menu in the Reports section of your LeverTRM environment.

In the lead up to the release of the updated Visual Insights interface, some of the chart titles and descriptions on dashboards have been updated. This article provides a breakdown of the updates that have been made to chart titles and descriptions in preparation for the Visual Insights launch, as well as details on the logic used by filters that can affect the visualizations on each chart.

 

Dashboards and charts added to Visual Insights as part of the Winter 2021 Product Release and onward are not included in this table. To review dashboards and charts that have been added since the Winter 2021 Product Release, refer to our Product Release Notes.

Interviewer calibration Comparison of overall feedback scores and number of feedback forms submitted, grouped by interviewer and where the interview and feedback completion occurred within the date range. Average feedback scores by interviewer This chart compares the number of feedback forms submitted to the average feedback score. Each data point represents a single interviewer. Interviews and feedback forms are counted if they were both completed within the date range.  
Interviews performed Count of interviews scheduled and performed within the date range. Interviews completed The count of interviews scheduled and completed. Interviews are counted if scheduled and completed within the date range.  
Panels Count of interview panels performed within the date range. Panels The count of interview panels completed. Interview panels are counted if completed within the date range.  
Positive scores The percentage of feedback forms that gave an overall positive score where the interview and feedback completion occurred within the date range. Time to complete by interviewer Comparison of the number of interviews and the hours to complete feedback, grouped by interviewer and where the interview and feedback completion occurred within the date range. Interviews and feedback forms are counted if they were both completed within the date range.  
Nurture Campaign pivot Nurture statistics that can be grouped by various attributes where opportunities had received or replied to a nurture email within the date range. The pivot can be controlled via the nurture events grouped by filter. Campaign summary This table shows summary statistics of nurture campaigns. Opportunities are counted if they received or replied to a nurture email within the date range. This table can be controlled by the 'Nurture events grouped by' filter.
Campaigns in this report A list of all campaigns active within the date range. All campaigns This table shows all active campaigns. Campaigns are counted if active within the date range.  
Hired Count of opportunities that were engaged with a nurture campaign and archived as hired within the date range. Hired The count of opportunities engaged with a nurture campaign and were archived as hired. Opportunities are counted if they engaged with a nurture camapaign and were archived as hired within the date range.  
Moved to interview Count of opportunities that were engaged with a nurture campaign and advanced to an interview stage within the date range. Nurture opportunities Count of opportunities that either received a nurture email or replied to one within the date range. Reply rate

Percentage of nurture emails sent that also received a reply within the date range.

Offers All offers A list of all offers created within the date range. All offers This table shows all offers. Offers are included if created within the date range.  
Avg days to accept For offers signed within the date range, the average number of days from sending the first offer to accepting the offer. Avg time to accept The average number of days between when the first offer was sent and an offer was accepted. Offers are counted if accepted within the date range. Offers can be sent before or within the date range.  
Avg revisions per offer The average number of revisions to offers extended within the date range. Avg revisions per offer The average number of revisions to offers. Offers are counted if sent within the date range.  
Offer acceptance Count of offers extended within the date range and later accepted. Acceptance can occur within or after the date range. Feedback submitted Count of feedback forms requested and submitted within the date range. Feedback submitted The count of feedback forms requested and submitted. Feedback forms are included if submitted within the date range.

Average time to hire The average number of days it took to hire an opportunity, broken down by stage. Only includes opportunities hired within the date range. Average time to hire This chart shows the average number of days it takes to hire an opportunity broken down by pipeline stage. Drilldowns are unavailable for this chart at this time. Opportunities are counted if hired within the date range.  
Avg days in pipeline For opportunities that were active within the date range, the average number of days from creation to the end date. The end date is either the archived or hired date, or the end of the date range if the opportunity is still active. Creation can occur within or before the date range. Avg time in pipeline The average number of days opportunities spent in the pipeline. Opportunities are counted if active within the date range. Opportunities are no longer considered active in the pipeline on the date they are archived or hired. Opportunities can be created before or within the date range.  
Conversions

Counts of conversion events that occurred within the date range. A single opportunity may be counted multiple times.

Conversions This chart shows all pipeline movement grouped by stage and broken down by movement type. A single opportunity can create multiple movements within the date range. Pipeline movements are counted if they occurred within the date range.  
Days spent in stage The average number of days opportunities spent in each stage within the date range, regardless of when the opportunity was created. Average time in stage This chart shows the average number of days opportunities spent in each pipeline stage. Opportunities may be created before the date range. Days spent in a stage are only counted if within the date range.  
Opportunities advanced Count of distinct opportunities advanced in the pipeline within the date range. Opportunities advanced The count of distinct opportunities that advanced in the pipeline. Opportunities are counted if they advanced within the date range.  
Opportunities created Count of opportunities created within the date range. Opportunities created The count of opportunities created. Opportunities are counted if created within the date range.  
Opportunities per hire The number of opportunities created within the date range divided by the number of opportunities hired within the date range. Opportunities per hire The average number of opportunities needed to make a single hire. Opportunities are counted if created and hired within the date range.  
Pipeline snapshot The state of active opportunities within your pipeline as of the end of the date range. Pipeline snapshot This chart shows the pipeline stage of all active opportunities. Opportunities are counted if active at the end of the date range.

Internal postings Count of internal postings as of the end of the date range. Internal postings The count of all internal postings. Postings are counted if active at the end of the date range. Postings may be created before the date range.  
Longest open The postings sorted by the longest open as of the end of the date range. The days open is calculated from the most recent date the posting was published. Longest open postings This table shows all open postings sorted by how long they have been open. Postings are counted if active at the end of the date range. Postings may be created before the date range.  
Most active The postings sorted by the number of opportunities as of the end of the date range. Most active postings This table shows all open postings sorted by most opportunities in the pipeline. Opportunities by posting are counted at the end of the date range. Postings are counted if active at the end of the date range. Postings may be created before the date range.  
Postings by owner Count of postings grouped by posting owner as of the end of the date range. Only 25 are shown at a time. Postings by owner This chart shows postings grouped by posting owner and broken down by posting stage. A maximum of 25 posting owners can be shown at once. Postings are counted if active (not archived or hired) at the end of the date range. The postings are sorted by most recent posting creation date.

Requisitions Avg days to fill

The average number of days from the creation date to the close and/or fill date of a requisition. The requisition must be closed within the date range.

Avg days to first hire

The average number of days after creating a requisition to the first hire. The requisition must be created and the first hire must occur within the date range.

Closed requisitions The number of times requisitions are manually closed and/or filled within the date range. A single requisition may be counted more than once if closed multiple times. Origin efficiency pivot The offer acceptance efficiency by origin includes offers extended and offers signed/declined within the date range. The pivot can be controlled via the origin efficiency grouped by filter. Displays 50 results. Offer acceptance rate by origin This chart shows offer acceptance rates broken down by origin. The chart displays 50 results at a time. Offers are counted if sent and signed/declined within the date range. This chart can be controlled by the 'Origin efficiency grouped by' filter.
Origin quality A comparison of offer acceptance rate and offers extended by origin. Offers must be extended and offers signed/declined within the date range. Sourced hires Count of opportunities hired within the date range whose origin is sourced. Using any value other than 'sourced' in the origin filter will result in 0 hires.
