The Recruiter Operations dashboard provides you with insight into the volume and velocity of your opportunities in the pipeline. The Recruiter Operations dashboard is useful for identifying bottlenecks attributed to posting performance or overdue candidate outreach. Readers of this article will learn about:

Accessing the Recruiter Operations dashboard

To access the Recruiter Operations dashboard:

  • Navigate to Reports and click the Preview Visual Insights button.

  • Click the bar graph icon in the left-side navigation.
  • Select Recruiter Operations from the dashboard list.

The Recruiter dashboard is segmented into the different metric categories, each containing charts that will give you insight into a different dimension of your operations data. Move through the different metrics categories by selecting the tabs running along the top of the dashboard.

The Interviews, Feedback, and Performance metric categories require packages with the Advanced Analytics add-on.

Metric categories

Metrics on the Recruiter Operations dashboard are visualized in various types of charts which are organized into different metric categories. Below, you will find a description of each category as well as the charts they contain and how the metrics on each chart are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters at the top of the dashboard. Keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data. 

 

Filters can be be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. Current operations

The Current operations metric category contains charts that show the overall activity in your active pipeline, with a focus on optimizing the speed at which your opportunities move through the recruitment funnel.

Single value charts

These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged along the top of the Current operations metric category.

New opportunities The count of all opportunities in the 'Lead' and 'Applicant' sections of the pipeline for which you are the Opportunity Owner.
Offers waiting for reply The count of sent offers that have yet to be signed or declined, associated with opportunities for which you are the Opportunity Owner.
Last data sync time The date and time at which data was last synced from the LeverTRM application.

 

Posting days open

This table gives you a high-level view of all of your active postings, including the number of days since they were last updated. Active postings are those that have been published externally and/or internally, excluding those that are unlisted or confidential.

Opportunities in stage

This chart allows you to assess and prioritize your workload by showing you the volume of opportunities you have distributed across each stage of the pipeline.

Average time in stage for current opportunities

This chart allows you to assess the speed at which you are advancing your candidates by showing you the average number of days active opportunities have spent in each stage of the pipeline.

This chart allows you to prioritize the insights from the Opportunities in stage by posting chart, by showing you the average number of days your active opportunities (broken down by posting) have spent in each stage of the pipeline.

All opportunities in pipeline

This table can be found at the bottom of the Current operations metric category, showing details of all active (non-archived) opportunities for which you are the Opportunity Owner, consisting of:

  • Contact name
  • Stage name
  • Posting
  • Posting hiring manager
  • Location
  • Days since last interaction
  • Department
  • Team
  • Origin
  • Source
  • Date and time of creation
  • Date and time of last pipeline movement
  • Date and time of last interaction
  • Date of last email sent
  • Number of interviews

Interviews

 

The Interviews metric category is only available with LeverTRM packages that include Advanced Analytics.

The table in the Interviews metric category gives you a comprehensive view of interview activity by providing details on all interviews scheduled within the date range for postings that you follow. In the absence of an end date in the date range filter, the end date will default to 16 days from the current date.

Your role for the interview is listed in the rightmost column of the table. Use the 'Y/N' filters above the table to filter for interviews based on your role.

Feedback

 

The Feedback metric category is only available with LeverTRM packages that include Advanced Analytics.

The table in the Feedback metric category gives you granular insight into interview feedback by providing details on all interviews completed within the date range for postings that you follow, including the status of required feedback (complete or incomplete) and the average feedback score for each interview.

Your role for the interview is listed in the rightmost column of the table. Use the 'Y/N' filters above the table to filter for interviews based on your role.

Performance

 

The Performance metric category is only available with LeverTRM packages that include Advanced Analytics.

The Performance metric category contains charts that allow you to measure your historical efficiency at moving candidates through the pipeline.

These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged along the top of the Performance metric category.

Interviews completed The count of interviews performed within the date range, associated with opportunities for which you are the Opportunity Owner. Interviews scheduled to be performed during the date range are included in this chart as a denominator in order to derive the percentage of completed interviews.

 

Average time to complete feedback

This chart is allows you measure the speed at which you to complete interview feedback over time.

This chart shows you the volume and status of your offers within in a given period of time.

  • (1) The count of offers with a status of 'Declined' or 'Signed' only reflects offers that were moved into that status within the date range.

Average time in stage for archived opportunities

This chart provides a historical breakdown of candidate movement by showing you the average number of days your archived opportunities have spent in each stage of the pipeline prior to being archived.

Click the colored dots along the bottom of multi-value charts to add or remove individual groups from the visualization. Hold the Alt key (or the Option key on a Mac) when clicking a dot to filter for that group only.
