Where can I update my company contacts?

This feature will be available as part of the Fall 2020 Release. You may not see this functionality in your account until October 8th. We appreciate your patience as we roll out the release.

Indicate key contacts for specific areas to ensure Lever has the ability to reach the right person at the company for the right topic.

Within Settings, navigate down to Company Contacts. You'll be able to add or update contacts specific to security, legal, or support.

  • Select from a picker of Lever users, or add a non-Lever user on the account’s domain.
  • Designate a “primary” support contact, and up to four additional support contacts.
