This article depicts and describes updates to the Interviews dashboard included in the Fall 2023 Product Release, scheduled to rollout progressively in November 2023. For full details, refer to our Fall 2023 Product Release Notes.

The Interviews dashboard allows you to analyze interview activity across your recruitment team. The Interviews dashboard is useful for identifying opportunities to optimize your team's interview process based on trends in interview volume, scores, and time to complete feedback. As you are reading, refer to our LeverTRM Glossary for definitions of the key terms and concepts used in this article.


Accessing the Interviews dashboard

To access the Interviews dashboard:

  • Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header

  • Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page
  • Click Dashboards and select Interviews from the expanded menu

Metrics

Metrics on the Interviews dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.

Filters can be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. The colors used on all Visual Insights charts are ADA compliant for red, green, and blue color blindness as well as monochromacy.

These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged at the top of the Interviews dashboard.

Total hours interviewing and screening
The total number of hours of interviews and screenings performed within the date range.
Total hours interviewing and screening for hires
The total number of hours of interviews and screenings performed for hires within the date range.
Feedback submitted

The count of feedback forms submitted within the date range. This chart also shows the percentage of feedback submitted within the date range relative to the number of feedback requests issued within the date range.

Avg. time to feedback

The average number of hours interviewers took to submit feedback for interviews performed within the date range, calculated as:

  [Total # of hours between interview end and feedback submission for all interviews performed within the date range]  
  [Total # of interview events within the date range]  

Feedback that has yet to be submitted for interviews performed within the date range is excluded from this calculation.

Opportunities with interviews scheduled

The count of opportunities that are in interview stages that have an interview within the date range compared and those that have not been scheduled.

Interviews completed The count of interviews with a start and end date within the date range that were not canceled or deleted. This chart also shows the percentage of interviews scheduled to take place within the date range that were not canceled or deleted relative to the total number of interviews scheduled to take place within the date range.

This chart provides a visualization of the distribution of interviews completed throughout your organization over time.

Average time to complete feedback

This chart shows you how long it typically takes interviewers to submit feedback following an interview.

Time to complete feedback by interviewer

This chart allows you to gauge interviewer efficiency by showing you how many interviews each interviewer is performing, relative to the amount of time it takes them to submit feedback for those interviews.

Average feedback scores by interviewer

This chart allows you to gauge interviewer sentiment by showing you how interviewers are scoring their interviewees relative to the amount of feedback they are submitting.

Interview stage conversion

This chart provides a visualization of the interview pipeline movements that occurred within the date range, including advances, regressions, hires, and archives. Use this chart to determine the steepest drop-off points in your talent funnels, and vet for any candidates moving backward in the pipeline.

This chart allows you to gauge the total time interviewers spend in interviews by showing you a breakdown of time spent screening and interviewing over time.

Average time to schedule over time

This chart allows you to gauge the average time it takes to schedule an opportunity for an interview once they enter an interview stage over time. The interview stage must also allow interviews to occur. This calculation does not take into account for interviews that were in stages that are not indicated for “Stage used for interviews”.

This table can be found at the bottom of the dashboard, showing details of a maximum of 500 interviews created within the date range, consisting of:

  • Interviewer name
  • Candidate name
  • Feedback score
  • Created date
  • Interview duration in hours
  • Feedback form
  • Interview cancelled
  • Posting
  • Current stage
  • Archive reason
  • Avg. panel score
  • Timezone
  • Interview start time
  • Interview end time

By default, the interviewers in the table are ordered alphabetically by name. To sort the table by a different parameter, click the corresponding column header.
