The Interviews dashboard provides clarity into interview activity in Lever including key metrics on scheduling, volume, and feedback. This data is particularly helpful to answer questions such as:

  • What is our weekly interview volume over the past quarter?
  • Who is performing the most interviews, and how are they scoring candidate on average?
  • Who is taking the longest time to complete feedback?

Filter

Click the Filters bar to expand the module and refine your search by available filter criteria.  When you've entered in all of your selection criteria, click the blue Run button and the report will update accordingly. Don't forget to bookmark the URL for filtered reports that you'll frequently need to run!

Breakdown

Top-level tiles:

Interviews performed: Count of interview events performed during the date range. Includes data on interviews scheduled to occur during the date range.

Panels scheduled: Count of interview panels performed during the date range.

Feedback submitted: Count of feedback forms submitted during the date range. Includes data on feedback for interviews that occurred during the date range.

Avg hours to complete feedback: Average amount of time it took for interviewers to complete feedback. Includes data where the interview and feedback completion occurred during the date range.

Positive scores: The percentage of feedback forms that gave an overall positive score. Includes data where the interview and feedback completion occurred during the date range.

Visuals:

Interview panel volume: Count of interview panels over time. The length of date intervals can be changed using the filters.

Average time to complete feedback: Average time to complete feedback over time. The length of date intervals can be changed using the filters. Includes data where the interview and feedback completion occurred during the date range.

Time to complete by…: Comparison of the number of interviews and the time to complete feedback, grouped by interviewer. Includes data where the interview and feedback completion occurred during the date range.

Interviewer calibration: Comparison of overall feedback scores and number of feedback forms submitted, grouped by interviewer. Includes data where the interview and feedback completion occurred during the date range.
