The Interviews dashboard allows you to analyze interview activity across your recruitment team. The Interviews dashboard is useful for identifying opportunities to optimize your team's interview process based on trends in interview volume, scores, and time to complete feedback. As you are reading, refer to our LeverTRM Glossary for definitions of the key terms and concepts used in this article.
Accessing the Interviews dashboard
To access the Interviews dashboard:
- Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header
- Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page
- Click Dashboards and select Interviews from the expanded menu
Metrics
Metrics on the Interviews dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.
Filters can be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. The colors used on all Visual Insights charts are ADA compliant for red, green, and blue color blindness as well as monochromacy. |
KPI tiles
These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged at the top of the Interviews dashboard.

Interviews completed | The count of interviews with a start and end date within the date range that were not canceled or deleted. This chart also shows the percentage of interviews scheduled to take place within the date range that were not canceled or deleted relative to the total number of interviews scheduled to take place within the date range. | ||||||
Panels | The count interview panels performed within the date range. A 'panel' is defined as a series of one or more individual interview events. | ||||||
Feedback submitted |
The count of feedback forms submitted within the date range. This chart also shows the percentage of feedback submitted within the date range relative to the number of feedback requests issued within the date range. |

Avg. time to feedback |
The average number of hours interviewers took to submit feedback for interviews performed within the date range, calculated as:
Feedback that has yet to be submitted for interviews performed within the date range is excluded from this calculation. |

Positive scores |
The percentage of feedback forms with overall positive scores (3 or above), submitted for interviews performed within the date range. Feedback that has yet to be submitted for interviews performed within the date range are excluded from this calculation. Only the score from the overall score field on the feedback form is counted. Scores from scorecard questions on feedback forms are not included. |

This chart provides a visualization of the distribution of interviews completed throughout your organization over time.

Average time to complete feedback
This chart shows you how long it typically takes interviewers to submit feedback following an interview.

Time to complete feedback by interviewer
This chart allows you to gauge interviewer efficiency by showing you how many interviews each interviewer is performing, relative to the amount of time it takes them to submit feedback for those interviews.

Average feedback scores by interviewer
This chart allows you to gauge interviewer sentiment by showing you how interviewers are scoring their interviewees relative to the amount of feedback they are submitting.
