The Pipeline dashboard provides you with a clear line of sight into the status of your organization's talent pipeline. The Pipeline dashboard is useful for gauging trends in metrics related to candidate movement and volume such as stage conversion rates and average time to hire. Accessing the Pipeline dashboard
To access the Pipeline dashboard:
- Navigate to Reports and click the Preview Visual Insights button.
- Click the bar graph in the left-side navigation.
- Select Pipeline from the dashboard list.
Metrics
Metrics on the Pipeline dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.
Filters can be be mixed and matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. Single value charts
These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged at the top of the Pipeline dashboard.

Opportunities created | The count of opportunities created within the date range. | ||||||
Opportunities advanced | The count of distinct opportunities that moved forward in the pipeline within the date range. Opportunities advanced multiple times within the date range are only counted once. | ||||||

Average time to hire
This chart shows the how the average number of days it takes for your team to hire a candidate has changed over time. Time in stages for hires
This chart shows the average number of days a candidate spends in each stage of your pipeline before being hired. Average time in stage
This chart shows the average number of days candidates spend in each stage, regardless of whether they were hired or archived for a different reason.

Conversions
