The Postings dashboard provides you with a holistic view into the status of all the postings in your LeverTRM environment. The Postings dashboard is useful for assessing the volume and productivity of postings contributing to the top of your talent funnel as well as how the ownership of postings is distributed across your recruitment team. Accessing the Postings dashboard
To access the Postings dashboard:
- Navigate to Visual Insights via the platform header
- Click the chevron (>) on the left side of the page
- Click Dashboards and select Postings from the expanded menu
Metrics
Metrics on the Postings dashboard are visualized in different types of charts. Below, you will find a description of each chart and how its metrics are calculated. Note that each metric listed is sensitive to the values in the filters above the dashboard. Also keep in mind that data associated with confidential job postings is excluded from the charts. You can export the data from any chart by hovering over the top-right corner, clicking the ⠇icon, and selecting Download data.
Filters can be be mixed-and-matched to hone in on specific data sets on any given dashboard. Once you have selected or input values to the filters, you must click the ⟳ button to apply the filters to the data on the dashboard. It may take a few seconds for the dashboard to refresh with your applied filters. The colors used on all Visual Insights charts are ADA compliant for red, green, and blue color blindness as well as monochromacy. |
KPI tiles
These metrics can be found in the tiles arranged in the upper-left of the Postings dashboard.

Active postings | The count of active (i.e. externally and/or internally published, including unlisted) postings as of the end of the date range. |
Internal postings | The count of active internal-only postings as of the end of the date range. Postings created before the start of the date range are included in the count. |
Tables
These tables can be found in the upper-right of the Postings dashboard.
Longest open postings and Most active postings tables on the Postings dashboard
Longest open postings | Open postings arranged in order of longest number of days open. Calculated as the number of days between most recent date the posting was published and the end of the date range. Postings created before the start of the date range are included in the count. |
Most active postings | Postings arranged in order of largest number of associated opportunities as of the end of the date range. |
A table containing All postings active as of the end of the date range can also be found at the bottom of the Postings dashboard, listing the following details for each posting:
- Posting title
- Department/Team
- Location
- Hiring Manager
- Posting Owner
- Days open
- Closed date (if applicable)
- Number of associated opportunities
- Number of associated opportunities archived (incl. hired)
- Percentage of associated opportunities hired
- Average number of days to hire
- Status (Draft, Pending, Rejected, Unlisted, Published, or Closed) as of end of date range
- Posting ID
Postings by status
This chart shows you the state of all postings created after a specific point in time.

Posting events over time
This chart shows shows you the volume of postings created relative to the volume postings closed in a given time period.

Time in stages for hires by posting
This chart allows you to gauge how long it takes to hire candidates for different postings broken down by the average amount of time hired opportunities spent in each stage. Use this chart to identify potential bottlenecks in your pipeline that could be slowing down your time to hire. Note that this chart is affected by how the time to hire calculation has been configured for your Lever environment. To learn more, refer to our help article on configuring time to hire.

Click the colored dots along the bottom of multi-value charts to add or remove groups from the visualization. Hold the Alt key (or the Option key on a Mac) when clicking a dot to filter for that group only. |
