- Notify IT or HR of new hire for employee provisioning
- Announce new hires in Slack or Microsoft Teams channels
- Notify HR when a new employee’s background check needs review
- Remind recruiter to check in with new hire one month post-hire
Notify IT or HR of new hire for employee provisioning
How to configure:
- Trigger: Opportunity Hired
- Condition: N/A
- Action: Send email
- To: IT@company.com or HR@company.com
- Subject: {{candidate first name}} was hired!
- Body: {{candidate full name}} was hired to {{job posting hiring manager full name}}'s team. Please begin the IT provisioning process.
- Delay: Tomorrow
Announce new hires in Slack or Microsoft Teams channels
How to configure:
- Trigger: Opportunity Hired
- Condition: N/A
- Action: Send email
- To: {{Slack Channel or MS Teams Channel email address}}
This email address must be added as a user; Multi-domain required - Subject: Hooray! {{candidate full name}} was hired!
- Body: {{job posting hiring manager full name}}'s team just got bigger!
- Delay: Tomorrow
Notify HR when a new employee’s background check needs review
How to Configure:
- Trigger: Opportunity Hired
- Condition:
- Opportunity > has tag > if the value is one of these > “Report Consider”
- Action: Send Email
- To: HR user/alias
- Subject: {{candidate full name}}’s background check needs review.
- Body: Please review the results of {{candidate full name}}’s background check. Their employment is contingent upon passing and the check identified at least one finding for HR to evaluate.
- Delay: Tomorrow
Remind recruiter to check in with new hire one month post-hire
How to Configure:
- Trigger: Opportunity Hired
- Condition:
- Job posting > owner is > one of these > {Name of Recruiter}
- Action: Send Email
- To: Recruiter
- Subject: Reminder to check in with {{candidate full name}}
- Body: Can you believe it’s already been a month since {{candidate full name}} was hired? Now would be a good time to check in on how they’re doing in their new role.
- Delay: 1 Month
