The pipeline snapshot shows active candidates as of the end date in the filter in the left sidebar. It is broken down by pipeline segment (Lead, Applicant, Screen, Onsite, Offer, and Hired) as opposed to pipeline stage. The stages within each segment are initially be configured during implementation of your Lever environment. Stages can be customized post-implementation by users with Super Admin access via Settings > Pipeline and archive reasons > Pipeline stages. To learn more about making changes to pipeline stages post-implementation, refer to our help article on best practices for pipeline customization.
Avg days in stage by team
This report shows how long candidates spent in each pipeline segment, sorted by team. The color gradient gives a visual indication - the darker the color, the longer candidates spent in that pipeline segment. Not all candidates move through every pipeline stage, so there can be blank values.
