Who has access to view Hired opportunities?

  1. Super Admins
  2. Job posting owner of the job posting that the opportunity was hired for
  3. Job posting hiring manager of the job posting that the opportunity was hired for
  4. Admins and Team Members who have Sensitive Information Privileges for the job posting that the opportunity was hired for

How can I properly ensure that the right users have access to Hired opportunities?

You can easily ensure that all of the right users have access to Hired opportunities by setting up their Sensitive Information Privileges. Sensitive Information Privileges make it easy to grant every user of your account access to all of the information that they need, and nothing more. Sensitive Information includes Hired opportunity access. 

Can I grant a user one-off access to a Hired opportunity?

No, one-off access to a hired opportunity cannot be granted. Nevertheless, you can set up this user's Sensitive Information Privileges to ensure that they have access to the proper information in Lever, including Hired opportunities.
