Which users can access hired opportunities information?
Users can access information for a hired candidate if any of the following conditions are true:
- They have Super Admin level access
- They are listed as the 'Posting owner' of the job posting that the opportunity was hired for
- They are listed as the 'Hiring manager' on the job posting that the opportunity was hired for
- They have either Admin or Team Member level access and have been granted Sensitive Information Privileges for the job posting that the opportunity was hired for

How can I ensure that the right users have access to hired opportunities?
You can ensure that all of the right users have access to hired opportunities by setting up their Sensitive Information Privileges (SIP), which allow for granular control over who has access to the most sensitive hiring data in your Lever environment. Can I grant a user one-off access to a hired opportunity?
One-off access to a hired opportunity cannot be granted. Nevertheless, you can set up this user's Sensitive Information Privileges to ensure that they have access to the proper information in Lever, including Hired opportunities.
