How do I add a new user to my Lever Talent Intelligence account?

Understanding LTI "seats"

Each Lever Talent Intelligence account has a limited number of "seats" or user accounts. Users can be configured with either Publisher privileges or Viewer privileges. For a full breakdown of user permissions, see Tableau's help center article here, but generally speaking:

  • a Publisher can view, interact with and publish data, connect to external data sources, create new data sources
  • an Explorer can view, interact with and publish data from existing data sources only
  • a Viewer has "read only" access.
