Any actions made in Lever Hire may take up to 24 hours to refresh and to be reflected in Lever Talent Intelligence (LTI). Our system begins refreshing data at 5:00 PM PST. Any data updates made within Lever after that time may not appear in your LTI data sets and dashboards until 1:00 PM PST the following day.
On rare occasions, this refresh may not completed as planned. As a result, you might not see new data in your dashboards. We have automated warnings to alert the engineering team when this happens, and these incidents are usually resolved within 24 hours.
