Hiretual is a Recruiter’s Best Friend. Find and engage the right people 10x faster. With Hiretual, you can seamlessly push sourced candidates to Lever to streamline your hiring process.
To begin setting up the Hiretual integration, you will need to first request that an API key be provisioned in Lever.
Step 1 - Log into your Lever Hire account and navigate to the Settings menu.
Step 2 - On the left-hand sidebar, click the "Integrations" tab.
Step 3 - Locate the Hiretual toggle and click to expand the accordion window.
Step 4 - Once there, click the blue "Send Request to Enable" button. This will send a request to have an API key provisioned on your behalf with the listed permissions.
Step 5 - Once the API key has been provisioned, Lever will send you an e-mail with a secure link to the Hiretual API key which will expire in 24 hours. At this point, the integration toggle will change from orange to green.
Step 6 - To begin syncing your candidates to Lever, log into the candidates section of your Hiretual account and click on the "Sync/Export" button
Step 7 - In the popup window that appears, select "Lever" from the list and then click the "Sync with ATS" button
Step 8 - (Note: this step will only need to be set up once) If the Lever integration has not yet been configured, you will be prompted to enter your Lever account e-mail address and the API key you were provided by Lever. Once complete, click the "Save changes" button.
Step 9 - Next, from the dropdown lists, select the job posting and the pipeline stage that you would like associated to these candidates in Lever. When complete, click "Export candidates.
After that, you're all set! You will be displayed a summary how many candidates were synced with Lever.
