How do I add my LinkedIn Company ID to the LinkedIn job board integration?

With Lever’s LinkedIn job board integration, you can automatically push your published job postings to LinkedIn. In order to associate your postings with your LinkedIn company page, you can enter your LinkedIn Company ID into Lever!

Where do I enter my LinkedIn Company ID?

To enter your LinkedIn Company ID, you’ll need to be a Super Admin. Go to the integration settings page and scroll down to the Job Boards section. Click “Edit” on right right side of the LinkedIn dropdown and voila! You will see a field to enter your company ID. Your company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long.

How do I find my LinkedIn Company ID?

To find your Company ID, navigate to your company’s page on LinkedIn. There will be two different ways to find your ID.

Method 1: See all jobs

First, we need to go to select "Jobs" on the left-hand side.

Then, you will need to click "See all jobs" at the bottom of your recently posted jobs.

We are now looking at the search results for all jobs that are directly connected to your company. We can get your Company ID by looking in the address bar and grabbing the digits that come after “?f_C=” and before “&location”. Go ahead and take that number and enter it in the LinkedIn section of our Job Board integrations.

Method 2: See all employees

This method works if you don't have any jobs currently posted to LinkedIn. From the same main page, you will instead need to click "See all X employees on LinkedIn".

From there, you would need to grab the digits that are in quotation marks after "%5B" similar to method 1.

If you are turning on the integration for the first time, your jobs should show up on LinkedIn and be connected to your company page within two business days. Any updates you make to your postings within Lever will be reflected on LinkedIn within 24 hours.
