Enabling and using Interview + AI Summary
In Admin settings AI > Interview Intelligence, there will be options to bulk enable or bulk disable for all jobs. You will also have the option to turn on/off for each job.
When scheduling an interview, the recruiter will have the option to record when using Teams or Zoom.
The full interview transcript and a summary will be populated in the applicant's profile.
Good to Know
- AI Transcripts and Summary is included in the Core Lever ATS package for free, with a limited monthly usage. Unlimited usage is available as part of the full AI Interview Companion solution. Please reach out to your Lever Account Manager if you would like unlimited usage.
- Free versions are available with limited transcripts.
- The scheduling email sent to the candidate will include disclaimer language giving them an option to OPT OUT and not have AI record the interview.
