Cartha integrates with Lever in just a few minutes, enabling three core requirements of every business: (1) Hiring Tracking: Instead of manually tracking the hiring status of your planned positions in Excel sheets, immediately see which of your upcoming positions are already in hiring (or not); (1)Single source of truth: Integrating Lever in Cartha is the missing link to full control of all workforce costs. With just a click you don’t only update expected start dates, but also ensure an automatically calculated latest forecast - for different cost types, headcount and FTE; (3) People Analytics: Cartha features a vast reporting library - from salary comparisons, hiring analytics, team compositions and more - allowing you to drill into active and planned positions by whatever detail you need. Setting up the Cartha integration

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in Cartha to install this integration. |
- In Cartha, navigate to Data > Integrations
- Click Add ATS
- Find "Lever"
- Click Connect
- Click Connect again to confirm integration with OAuth.

Alternatively, you can also integrate via API Key and XML Feed. Reach out to Cartha in case this is your preferred integration method. |
- Review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize the integration.
- Done! During the next nightly sync, the latest job postings will be pulled and information updated from Lever. You will see the “Last sync” field updated accordingly with the timestamp.
Using the Cartha integration
By connecting your Lever account to Cartha, you automatically keep your workforce planning and your recruiting efforts in sync. Daily updates get all relevant information from your current hiring pipeline into Cartha, where you have full control over cost and FTE development with features such as access-based reporting, flexible approvals and more.

Disabling the Cartha integration
- In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
- Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Cartha app
- Click Revoke access to disable the integration
