Enabling and using the HRLogics integration

The HRLogics integration with Lever streamlines the process of sending applicant information from Lever to HRLogics, enabling the evaluation of WOTC credit eligibility. For more information refer to the HRLogics website.


Setting up the HRLogics integration

 

You must be a team or organization with admin rights in HRLogics to install this integration.
  • Log in as a Company Admin on the HRLogics platform
  • Go to My Account

  • Proceed to the Data Settings tab and click MANAGE on the ATS integration card

  • Click the ADD NEW button to set up a new integration

  • In the modal that opens, select Lever in the dropdown
  • Click GO TO LEVER to establish the connection

  • On the modal, log in to Lever using your admin account to authenticate the integration.

  • On the next screen, review the list of requested permissions and click Accept to authorize access for the integration.

  • After clicking Accept, you will be redirected back to the HRLogics platform
  • Lever will be listed under the current list of ATS Integrations

  • Click the "here" link to be redirected to your Lever account to complete the final webhook enablement step. 

Configuring the HRLogics integration

Configure the Webhook

  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks in Lever if you are not already viewing the Webhooks configuration page. 
  • Toggle the Application Created webhook to the on position if it is not already enabled.

Congratulations! The connection between HRLogics and Lever has been successfully established!

Manage your Lever ATS Integration in HRLogics

You can manage the integration in HRLogics by accessing the ATS Integration settings screen in HRLogics.

If you need to change your Lever integration credentials, complete the following:

  • Navigate to My Account > Data Settings > ATS Integrations and click the Manage button 
  • On the Lever integration tile, click Manage ATS Credentials

  • When you click on the Manage ATS Credentials button the following modal opens:

You can use this feature to complete the following: 

1. Regenerate a Signature token

2. Create a new webhook (manual)

If you deleted the integration webhook used for this integration, but still want the integration to function afterwards you can complete the following steps):

  • Copy the URL that is specified on the modal in HRLogics (see image above)
  • Remember that you should create a new Application Created webhook in Lever
  • (Required) Enter the Signature token from your newly created webhook into the input "Signature token" on the modal (see the image above) to ensure that the integration works successfully. 

 

If you delete the webhook that is used in the integration and do not configure a new one, the integration will no longer work.

Using the HRLogics integration

Once the integration setup is complete, HRLogics will receive information about all new applications in your Lever account.

To create a test opportunity to review the integration:

  • Create a new candidate opportunity in Lever
  • Add a valid email address
  • Assign the opportunity to a job posting
  • The HR Logics platform will receive information about the applicant and will send the personal WOTC survey to the applicant to fill in.
  • The applicant will appear on the WOTC Applicants dashboard in HRLogics
    • You can locate the applicant in HRLogics by searching their name

 

An email address is required on the Lever opportunity for the HRLogics integration to work successfully.

  • When the applicant opens their personal WOTC survey using the link provided in the HRLogics email, their HRLogics WOTC survey will be shown (see example below):

  • The applicant needs to fill out the entire survey (3 steps) and then submit it:

  • When the WOTC survey has been submitted successfully, the HRLogics platform evaluates the applicant's WOTC credit eligibility, changes the eligibility status on the HRLogics platform and then sends the tag with this status to Lever.
  • The WOTC status tag will appear next to the applicant's name in the Candidates dashboard in Lever:

  • In addition, you'll be able to view the WOTC status tag within the candidate opportunity in Lever.

  • The following status tags are supported by the integration:
    • HRLogics-WOTC:Pre Qualified
    • HRLogics-WOTC:Not Qualified
  • On the image below you can see how this applicant will appear on the HR Logics platform after the status is changed. 

Disabling the HRLogics integration

In HRLogics

  • Navigate to My Account > Data Settings > ATS Integrations
  • Click the MANAGE button
  • Locate the Lever integration tile and click Delete Integration

  • Click YES,DELETE to remove the integration from the HR Logics platform, along with the associated webhook in Lever.

  • If you wish to utilize this integration again, you'll need to set it up anew.

In Lever

  • In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
  • Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the HRLogics app
  • Click Revoke access to disable the integration
